Cedarhaven Housing

Temporary accommodation councils can rely on

When your housing options team has a family to place tonight, the property has to be right first time: safe, certificated, furnished and clean. That is exactly what we hand over — with the paperwork already done.

What we provide

Self-contained homes

Flats and houses for families and single households, furnished to placement-ready standard with white goods, flooring and window coverings in place.

Quality shared accommodation

Well-managed, licensed HMO rooms for single applicants — with clear house rules, regular inspections and responsive management.

Flexible arrangements

Nightly-rate placements, weekly lets or block-booking agreements — through frameworks and DPS lists, or direct spot arrangements with your team.

Every handover includes

  • Gas safety certificate (CP12)
  • Electrical installation report (EICR)
  • Fire risk assessment & working alarms
  • EPC and HMO licence where required
  • Inventory, photos & professional clean

After the placement, we stay responsible

Placing a household is the start of our job, not the end of it.

Named contact

One person your officers deal with — not a ticket queue.

Out-of-hours line

Emergencies don't keep office hours. Neither do we.

Repairs by our own trades

Maintenance handled by trade teams from our own group — fast and accountable.

Regular inspections

Scheduled property inspections with reports available to your team.
