Cedarhaven Living

Long-term homes where support can succeed

Good support starts with the right home. We provide and manage adapted, long-term accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs — working alongside CQC-registered care providers chosen by commissioners.

Our model

Cedarhaven provides the housing: sourcing, adapting and managing properties to the specification your service requires. Care and support are delivered by registered care providers — either your commissioned provider or a partner agreed with you.

Separating housing from care keeps accountability clear: tenants get a professional landlord focused on their home, and a care provider focused on their support.

Tenancies are designed to last. Our housing management is built around tenancy sustainment — helping people keep their home, not just move into it.

What commissioners get

  • Properties sourced to your specification and location
  • Accessibility adaptations agreed and delivered before move-in
  • Responsive repairs with agreed response times
  • Tenancy management with a sustainment focus
  • Clear void-turnaround commitments
  • Safeguarding-trained, DBS-checked housing staff
